A Greener Bus For the year ending 31st March 2007 Park & Ride will have removed over 160,000 cars from the roads in Bedford’s town centre. It’s also making a real contribution in the fight against pollution. In this same period the service will have saved over 61 tonnes of Carbon Dioxide meaning less congestion, less pollution and a better Bedford for us all.
So what does 61 tonnes of Carbon Dioxide look like?
